Cancellations & Refunds

Villa Naya Jordan offers a transparent and straightforward policy when it comes to cancellations and refunds. Due to the high demand in bookings to all of our locations, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• All bookings are non-refundable.
• All bookings cannot be canceled, however, Villa Naya reserves the right to take into consideration any humane case that includes illness, death, or any other situation Villa Naya finds reasonable to provide cancellation for.
• In case a cancellation was offered, Villa Naya does not offer refunds, and will only issue credit notes to be used within 90 days of the cancellation date.
